The story
Resolution 2026-25 sets 25 priorities, 21 state and 4 federal. One heading appears on both lists. It asks for a moratorium on new commercial data centers on state-owned or municipal lands.

The Fairbanks North Star Borough Assembly adopted Resolution No. 2026-25, A Resolution Identifying And Supporting Legislative Priorities.
