It began September 11th, 2025. Koniag IT Systems ended the day before. The Kodiak linked line runs back to 2019. The Joint Artificial Intelligence Center is on it. Now it is the Deputy to the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office. The names changed. The sentence didn't. All of it is lawful.
